Vera De Vera is a dynamic and strategic marketer with a passion for curating delightful experiences and cultivating loyal customer communities. Currently at Watershed, Vera has a proven track record of building and nurturing engaged communities, such as her work launching the Vareto Visionaries, a curated community for strategic finance leaders and CFOs. Previously, she was an early employee at Ironclad, where she developed the company’s first community for corporate general counsel and legal operations leaders. Throughout her career, Vera has used her diverse skills in marketing, account management, and client service to drive growth and foster connections.

Vera’s background is eclectic, with past roles ranging from ghostwriting for Jeff Bridges to managing her own wedding planning business. She has also worked at a brand design agency, the San Francisco Opera, and the Berkeley Police. Outside of her professional career, Vera is deeply involved in the community, serving on the board of Shotgun Players, a nonprofit theater company in the Bay Area, and indulging in her love for board gaming and Dungeons & Dragons. Her expertise spans marketing automation, event planning, and CRM/database management, making her a versatile professional who thrives on bringing people together.
