How it works?

The program is designed to be flexible and supportive, making it easy for you to participate while building valuable connections.

You will be matched based on your goals and interests, and supported with resources to help you get the most out of your mentorship experience.

    Participate in either one-to-one mentorship pairs or small group mentorship circles

    Commit to 2 to 3 mentorship sessions across the program (monthly or bi-weekly check-ins)

The program is open to all members of Led by Community. We welcome both experienced community professionals who want to mentor and those looking to grow their skills and careers as mentees.

We match participants based on career level, professional goals

We suggest a minimum of 2 to 3 mentorship sessions during the 2–3 month pilot. Sessions can be monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your availability and what you agree on with your mentor or mentees.

Yes. The Mentorship Program is a free member benefit offered by Led by Community. Your only investment is your time and your commitment to fully engaging with your mentor or mentees.
