Thea Silayro is a passionate community strategist known for transforming ideas into successful strategies and building authentic connections. She has a background in both psychology and marketing management, which fuels her deep understanding of human behavior and how it relates to community-building efforts. Currently based in Copenhagen, Thea has held key community roles, including her tenure at Uizard, where she led the creation and execution of a comprehensive four-pronged community strategy. This strategy aimed to democratize design and included content development, partnerships, programs, and cross-functional collaborations, positioning her as a leader in the field. She is also a strong advocate for developer health, utilizing community programs at G2i to promote well-being through mentorship, networking, and research-driven initiatives.

Thea’s expertise is backed by her certifications from leading institutions such as CMX Academy, CXL Institute, and C School by Commsor. She is also the recipient of the "Empathetic Community Builder Award" from Danielle Maveal’s Community Feelings sessions. With a clear focus on continuous growth, she combines her professional background with her personal interests in writing, traveling, and engaging in enriching conversations over wine. Active on several platforms, Thea shares insights and fosters connections, making her a well-rounded leader in the community-building space.
