Claudia Cafeo is a passionate community builder and tech enthusiast who has successfully transitioned from a primary school teacher to a leader in the tech industry. With a background in UX/UI design and Webflow development, she founded the Floxies Community, a platform designed to empower women in these fields. Through Floxies, Claudia has cultivated a vibrant and supportive environment for over 1,500 women, hosting weekly "Wonder Wednesdays" live events where industry experts share valuable insights.

Additionally, Claudia works as the Community Manager for NoCodeOps, where she has built a thriving community focused on no-code operational solutions. Her dedication to fostering collaboration is evident in the weekly live events that bring thought leaders from the no-code space to her community. Claudia’s unique combination of creativity, technical expertise, and community-driven mindset has made her a recognized thought leader in the tech space. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, soccer, and video games, and is an active Ambassador at Women TechMakers.
