We are excited to feature Swati Jain, a changemaker whose work beautifully bridges social impact, community leadership, and women’s empowerment.
As the Director of Karyashala Foundation, a Gurugram-based non-profit, Swati has spent years championing financial independence for underprivileged women through skill development programs and CSR initiatives. Her foundation has become a space where learning leads to livelihood — and where women find both courage and community.
Beyond her non-profit leadership, Swati is the force behind the thriving WeWomen Facebook Community, connecting over 120,000 women worldwide. Her efforts have earned her recognition from the Ministry of Defence, the Womenovator Network, and the Facebook Community Accelerator Program.
