Job Description:

We’re hiring a part-time Community Moderator to help manage and support our growing online membership community for neurodivergent adults. This is a long-term role with stable hours and a supportive work environment.

About Us:

The NeuroSpicy Community is an online Skool-based group focused on ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and related neurodivergent experiences. Members share wins, struggles, strategies, and tools for improving their life, work, and relationships. We need someone who can help keep the community safe, engaging, and welcoming and help us grow.

Responsibilities:

Moderation (Skool)

Review new posts, replies, and comments

Remove spam or inappropriate content

Handle flagged posts within 2 hours

Keep conversations safe, respectful, and on-topic

Engagement

Maintain daily activity and interactions

Reply to posts, ask follow-up questions, and encourage members

Welcome new members regularly

Create occasional supportive or positive posts

Member Support

Respond to Skool DMs

Answer basic questions or tag the right person

Help guide members to the right resources

Customer Service

Check and respond to customer support emails

Forward anything urgent or sensitive to the founder

Communication

Daily check-in with the founder via Telegram

Requirements:

Strong written English

Reliable daily availability

Comfortable working during North America daytime/evening hours

Able to respond to flagged posts within 2 hours

Organized, friendly, and emotionally mature

Familiar with Skool, Discord, Facebook Groups, or similar platforms

Reliable internet connection and computer

Bonus (not required):

Experience moderating online communities

Experience with neurodivergent groups

ADHD or autistic (optional)
