Overview
Wroom Hub – Marketing / Growth Role Creator Community & Platform Growth (Early Stage / Equity only)
Role Summary
This role is responsible for helping launch and grow Wroom Hub, a professional platform for AI filmmakers that blends showcase, discovery, and creative iteration.
This role focuses on building and nurturing a partner creator community — AI filmmakers whose work, experiments, and collaborations form the core of the platform itself.
Success means attracting the right creators, supporting their visibility and creative momentum, and translating their activity into a credible signal for studios, brands, and IP partners.
⚡ Please note: This is a remote position and equity-based only. You'll be joining as part of the founding team, with the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
Core Focus Areas • Creator Community Growth • Identify and recruit AI filmmakers, storytellers, and creative technologists aligned with Wroom Hub’s vision. • Onboard creators as partners and contributors.
Support creators in: • showcasing finished films • sharing early experiments • collaborating with other creators • Build trust, continuity, and long-term relationships within the creator community.
Key distinction: creators are building their AI film professional presence on Wroom Hub, not marketing for it. • Shape how creator content appears and circulates on the platform.
Encourage a healthy mix of: • polished work • short-form experiments and hooks
Help define content norms that prioritize: • creative credibility • process visibility • Surface standout work that reflects the future of AI filmmaking. • Help articulate what Wroom Hub is — and is not — across: • creators • brands • IP holders
Align messaging with creator motivations: • legitimacy • discovery • career-building • creative freedom • Early-Stage Growth Experiments
Run lightweight, fast experiments to: • attract new creators • increase uploads and collaboration • test referral or invite-based growth • Explore organic channels where AI filmmakers already gather (Discords, festivals, online communities, events). • Share insights with product and leadership to guide iteration.
Support early conversations between creators and: • brands • IP partners
Signals
Track meaningful indicators of platform health: • creator activation • uploads • collaborations formed
What This Role Is Not • Not influencer seeding or paid creator campaigns • Not social media posting for reach • Not brand marketing or ads-led growth • Not transactional creator relationships
Ideal Profile • Experience with creator platforms, early-stage startups, or creative communities. • Strong empathy for artists and technologists. • Comfortable operating without a playbook. • Curious about AI, filmmaking, and emerging creative workflows. • Able to balance creator trust with platform growth.
