From January 17 to February 4, 2026, community builders around the world are coming together to celebrate Community Manager Appreciation Day — a global moment to recognize the people who make communities thrive, connect, and feel like home.
Across cities and time zones, local hosts are organizing meetups to honor the incredible work community professionals do every day. Whether you’re a seasoned community leader, just starting your journey, or simply curious about the world of community building, CMAD is your invitation to connect, share stories, and celebrate together.
What to expect: ✨ Local, in-person meetups hosted by community leaders 🤝 Meaningful conversations and peer connections 🎉 A shared global celebration of community work and impact
Each CMAD gathering is unique and shaped by its local hosts, but all are united by the same spirit: appreciation, connection, and community magic.
🟠🟣 Dress code (optional but fun!): add a splash of orange and purple — a scarf, socks, hat, or even a full outfit. Just a playful nod to the CMAD spirit!
🌍 Find a CMAD meetup near you: browse all confirmed locations and hosts on our website and join the celebration in your city.
Let’s make #CMAD2026 a moment to remember — together. ✨
About The Community Collective & Led by Community The Community Collective is a global community for community builders.
