A sustainable coaching membership connects a defined form of support with the time and attention you can reliably provide. Specify what members receive, estimate the work behind each commitment and build a repeatable rhythm for coaching and practice. Review the experience as the group changes so growth does not quietly reduce the service people bought.
A full membership can look successful while its delivery depends on the coach answering messages late every evening. The problem may sit inside the offer itself. Designing the service around real capacity gives you a clearer basis for deciding what to promise and how many members to welcome.
Define the type of coaching included
Start with the work you will do with members. Group instruction, individual feedback and facilitated practice serve different needs. A lesson introduces an idea. Feedback responds to a particular attempt. Practice gives members a structured opportunity to apply something, sometimes with peers.
