To share customer feedback internally, you must create a recurring 'internal roadshow' of insights, not a one-off report. This involves packaging feedback into multiple formats for different audiences, such as a monthly email digest for the whole company, a quarterly deep-dive meeting with product, and a dedicated segment in company all-hands meetings.

A customer says something brilliant in a community discussion. You screenshot it. You post it in a company Slack channel. It gets three rocket-ship emojis and is immediately buried by a conversation about lunch. Sound familiar? This is where customer feedback goes to die.
