Scaling customer storytelling means moving from ad-hoc case studies to a repeatable, productised system for sourcing, capturing, producing and distributing customer proof. This involves creating standardised processes, clear roles and a modular content strategy to generate a consistent stream of stories without heroic, one-off efforts for each one. The goal is to build an engine, not a monument.
That one perfect case study. It took six months, a dozen meetings, and a personal plea to your champion’s line manager. It looks great, but you cannot build a sales pipeline or a brand on a single story. What if you had a new one every week? It’s possible, but not if you treat every story like a bespoke art project.
