Turn repeated community questions into maintained resources by identifying the shared customer task, verifying the answer and assigning responsibility for updates. Choose a format that helps people act, place it where the question arises and check whether it reduces confusion. Repetition is a signal to investigate, not automatic proof that another article is needed.

The same question appears every week, so someone writes an FAQ. A month later, customers are still asking it. Before writing another version, examine whether the resource addresses the right problem, reaches the right people and reflects the conditions in which they work.

Find the repeated task beneath different wording

Group questions by what customers are trying to achieve. Several people might ask about exporting, sharing or scheduling a report while needing the same underlying explanation about access. Other questions may use identical language but concern different configurations. A useful grouping requires reading context rather than counting repeated keywords.
