A minimum viable customer academy starts with one audience, one useful learning result and a complete route that the team can maintain. Reuse accurate materials where they fit, fill essential gaps and establish support before launch. Observe the first learners, then expand according to demonstrated needs rather than a target number of courses.
An academy can look unfinished because its catalogue is small while still providing a coherent experience. A much larger collection can leave customers unsure where to start, what they will learn or who can help them complete the work.
Choose one audience and one useful result
Choose an initial audience whose responsibilities you can describe clearly. New administrators preparing a routine process are more specific than all customers who want to learn the product. A bounded audience helps you identify relevant examples, prerequisites and support needs without trying to serve every possible use case at once.
