The first step is a 15-minute free call with our Founder, Francisco Opazo, during which we will learn about your business, the stage of your project, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

We then schedule a one-hour paid workshop with key stakeholders to explore the project further and define the next steps for implementing the strategy. During the initial call, you'll be advised on the cost of the workshop.

After the call, we provide a high-level proposal with our recommendations in 72 hours.
