In-Space Experience Manager

Fabrik is seeking a warm, organized, and proactive individual to lead day-to-day operations at our NY locations. Overseeing the Fabrik In-Space Experience, you will ensure the space is always beautiful, functional, and welcoming — while serving as the go-to contact for members during staffed hours. You will embody hospitality, support programming logistics, and help maintain a high standard of care across everything from inventory to interpersonal interactions.
This role is focused on space excellence and in-the-moment member support. We are searching for at least 2 new team members to help support both our TriBeca and Dumbo locations.
Space Operations
This role follows a consistent weekly schedule, typically with core hours from 9:00am–5:00pm and occasional evening shifts, tailored to your availability and agreed upon in advance.
Ensure the space is clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times (coffee/tea/snacks/dishwasher/organization)
Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
Conduct regular walkthroughs and escalate maintenance or facilities issues
Liaise with cleaning staff, building management, and internal teams
Member Support (In-Space)
Be the first face members see — offer warm greetings, check-ins, and assistance where required.
Create member-focused gatherings and initiatives to get members involved in the space and community
Onboard new members with space tours and orientation
Assist with in-space gatherings: setup, AV/tech needs, cleanup
Troubleshoot member issues calmly and professionally
Monitor member activity and flag any feedback or concerns to the leadership team
Membership Administration
Document member requests, correspondences, updates, feedback and profiles in membership tools (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
Liaise with Fabrik team to address member needs and improve their Fabrik experience
Communicate with members online (Slack, email) to enrich and support their Fabrik membership
Track space usage, attendance, and daily engagement
Enforce community guidelines with kindness and consistency
Tours & Sales Support
Lead tours for prospective members; articulate the value of joining Fabrik
Respond to inbound questions or scheduling requests
Partner with the Growth team to support warm lead follow-up or lapsed member outreach
Gathering Support
Ability to host or assist evening events (typically ending by 9:00pm)
Ensure gathering logistics run smoothly and align with Fabrik values
Snap photos and short videos for internal use or social media
Ensure space is cleaned up at the end of the evening
You’re a Great Fit If You...
Have 2+ years experience in hospitality, community, co-working, or space management roles
Love keeping things organized, polished, and running smoothly
Bring warmth and emotional intelligence to every interaction
Are reliable, punctual, and energized by daily member-facing responsibilities
Are tech-comfortable and detail-oriented (bonus if you know HubSpot or Notion)
