We’re hiring on behalf of a pioneering global entertainment business at the forefront of Web3 innovation. The company is redefining how digital experiences are built, shared, and monetized — spanning immersive IP development, gamified products, storytelling, automation, and decentralized infrastructure.
As they continue to scale, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Community to lead the growth and engagement of their international community base. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who deeply understands Web3 ecosystems, thrives on collaboration, and can translate metrics into meaningful action across global markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with marketing and social teams to grow online reach while maintaining a strong focus on engagement, retention, and overall community health.
Leverage analytics to design, track, and optimize community campaigns that are fully aligned with business goals.
Develop and manage global and regional community strategies, ensuring cultural relevance and inclusivity.
Hire, lead, and support a team of regional Community Managers aligned with brand and growth objectives.
Oversee community channels (e.g. Discord, Telegram, etc.), ensuring they are active, welcoming, and aligned with company values.
Act as a bridge between the community and internal stakeholders, including product, growth, and support teams.
Ensure consistent moderation and the upkeep of a positive environment across all platforms.
Your First 6 Months Will Include
Launching and managing regional community channels tied to key brands.
Leading a network of localised community managers, tailored to specific language and cultural groups.
Tracking performance and reporting on KPIs across community initiatives.
Building data-led frameworks that support strategic community expansion in collaboration with the executive team.
Translating central marketing content into community-ready formats appropriate for local audiences.
Initiating and managing community influencer (KOL) partnerships to support growth milestones.
We’re Looking for Someone Who Has
Proven success in growing and scaling highly engaged communities within the Web3 or digital-native space.
Strong analytical and organisational skills — able to build from data, and present strategic insights to leadership.
A clear grasp of regional nuances and how they impact community planning and communication.
Experience building out content and community strategies across multiple markets.
A natural leadership style with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale community teams.
