We’re looking for a Developer Relations (DevRel) lead who can serve as a bridge between Simplismart and its developer community. You’ll help developers succeed with our platform by enabling onboarding, driving community engagement, representing Simplismart at events, and providing critical product feedback from the field.

1. Developer Enablement & Adoption

• Create and maintain getting started guides, quickstarts, and notebooks for key flows (streaming inference, autoscaling, agentic flow, etc).

• Deliver live coding sessions, webinars, and recorded explainers (YouTube, Reddit).

• Act as an educational voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Discord, GitHub Discussions.

• Write deeply technical blogs and walkthroughs

2. Events Engagement

• Represent Simplismart at key conferences like KubeCon, NVIDIA GTC, and AWS re:Invent; engage with ICPs to generate high quality leads

• Own and execute Simplismart-hosted events:

• Plan and moderate Simplismart Webinars, Fireside Chats, and AMA sessions featuring internal engineers or external guests

• Drive technical demos, how-it-works webinars, and “Build with Simplismart” live series to showcase practical integrations

• Partner with marketing to coordinate community spotlights, product launch showcases, and solution deep dives

3. Community Building & Support

• Set up and moderate community channels (e.g., Discord, Slack, GitHub, Reddit Discussions).

• Host or co-host community calls, office hours, and “Ask Me Anything” sessions.

• Surface developer questions, patterns, and friction back into the product roadmap.

• Recruit and support early adopters, design partners, and community champions.

4. Cross-Functional Support (GTM, Sales, Marketing)

• Partner with GTM to create tailored demos or walkthroughs for enterprise prospects.

• Provide technical support during onboarding sessions with prospects.

• Create and review technical enablement decks or solutioning diagrams for sales engineers.

• Help content/marketing teams refine narratives, validate messaging, or co-author posts..

5. Product Feedback Loop

• Funnel back UX feedback, API issues, documentation gaps from the field into product/eng.

• Help PMs and founders prioritize based on dev pain points and sentiment.

6. Code & GitHub Contributions

• Maintain and update open-source repos (samples, SDK docs, deployment templates).

• Actively respond to GitHub issues, pull requests, and community questions.

• Build and document CLI tools, YAML templates, Docker setups that simplify infra tasks.
