Position Details:

🤝 Duration: Expected duration is 12 months+ with potential multiyear contract extension

👥 Location: Argentina (Remote-first role)

✈️ Travel: Domestic + International, ~10% per year

🤝 What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Product Support

  • Support the planning and rollout of our Communities pilot initiatives

  • Bridge the gap between strategy and execution across functions

  • Gather insights from pilot participants and help shape future direction

  • Respond to ongoing needs that keep the initiative moving forward

📌 Coordination

  • Lead the foundational setup of Communities (platforms, tools, training resources)

  • Act as a liaison between Committees and pilot teams to ensure alignment

  • Coordinate workgroups, organize meetings, and support with presentations and data

💬 Communication

  • Manage the Communities Support inbox with clarity and care

  • Facilitate regular calls with participants to share insights and strengthen engagement

  • Highlight success stories for newsletters and internal updates

  • Keep stakeholders informed and connected

📈 Reporting

  • Track Community Health Metrics, engagement, and budget usage

  • Share meaningful insights to help refine and improve the program

📚 Resource Sharing

  • Support the training and onboarding of Community Managers

  • Maintain the Communities Hub as a helpful, up-to-date resource center

  • Partner with the Onboarding Pod to ensure materials remain relevant and accessible

🔎 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a globally minded professional who brings:

  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ in project coordination, operations, or community programs

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Experience in customer service, member support, or association work

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with empathy and clarity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, SharePoint (Salesforce is a plus!)

  • A warm, inclusive, globally minded approach to teamwork

💡 A Few Other Details

  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours to accommodate global time zones.

  • Ability to work for extended hours at a computer screen.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally (~10% per year).
