About the Role
We’re looking for someone who thrives on energy, relationships, and ambition to be the heartbeat of Antler San Francisco and a crucial member of the US Platform & Founder Experience team. From leading our founder Residency, to post-investment portfolio support, and building a world-class community with both precision and soul, you’ll be across the full founder journey as you help ambitious people do the best work of their lives.
What You’ll Do
Run Founder Residency with Energy and Heart
Lead execution and day-to-day experience for our early-stage founder residency program, including hosting standout ecosystem events, speakers, and curated programming.
Design rituals, content, and key moments that elevate founder clarity and momentum.
Be the glue that keeps things running like clockwork, while making every founder feel seen, challenged, and supported.
Build Community & Culture
Foster real connection across every cohort through high-signal systems, communication, and curated touchpoints.
Take pride in making our SF office feel like home: stocked, tidy, and a space where founders and guests feel inspired and energized.
Help define what community means at Antler, and bring it to life in a uniquely SF way.
Portfolio Support & Founder Success
Lead post-investment platform efforts to support portfolio founders, including execution of our Portfolio Showcase.
Cultivate relationships with top investors, mentors, operators, and other partner stakeholders that unlock support and follow-on capital for founders and elevate the Antler brand in the ecosystem.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re a people magnet who thrives on meaningful relationships and is energized by hosting, connecting, and inspiring communities.
You’re both big-picture and detail-obsessed: you can shape experiences and run tight ops, shifting gears between creative thinking and operational excellence without breaking stride.
You’ve got 4–7+ years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, VC, community, ops, events, marketing—or some mix).
You’re a builder at heart who moves fast, loves feedback, and excels with extreme ownership.
You care deeply about founders and the startup ecosystem, and want to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of iconic companies.
Other Things to Know
This role requires you to be based in location and work from the office 5 days a week during Residency cycle, with more flexibility for remote work 1-2 days while not in cycle.
We offer annual base compensation starting at $125-145k depending on candidate experience and performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, office-wide holiday closures, and full benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, and more).
While this is not an investment role, it’s a unique opportunity to shape how founders are sourced, backed, and supported at day 0, build a vibrant community, and create meaningful impact for founders, investors, and the wider startup ecosystem.
