LAUNCHub Ventures is a leading early-stage Venture Capital fund focused on investing in startups in Central-Eastern (CEE) Europe. We are currently investing out of our second fund, with a size of €75M, dedicated towards ambitious early-stage founders.

We’re the investors in Lace, Veridion, Neurolabs, FintechOS, OfficeRnD, Ampeco, Colossyan, Ferryhopper, Giraffe360, and more, and co-invested with Index Ventures, CRV, Founders Fund, Seedcamp, SpeedInvest, Lakestar, Dawn Capital, Hoxton Ventures, Seedcamp and others.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Passion for community building, startups, and innovation

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude

• Experience in event management, marketing, or startup ecosystem roles

• Great communication skills and fluency in English

• Bonus: experience working in VC, accelerators, or startup operations

What you’ll do:

• Organise community and portfolio and LP events in Bulgaria and across the region

• Support portfolio companies with visibility, opportunities, and value-add services

• Lead LAUNCHub’s marketing and PR strategy (both for the fund and its startups)

• Strengthen the fund’s positioning and ecosystem partnerships in the region

• Manage our participation in key tech and startup conferences

• Maintain and evolve LAUNCHub’s online presence (website, newsletter, social media, content)

• Drive and oversee ESG initiatives across the fund and portfolio
