Job_Summary:
Prophecy is a data copilot company that helps enterprises accelerate AI and analytics by delivering clean and trusted data. They are seeking an AI Community Manager to grow and moderate a community of data analysts, drive content and events, and enable self-serve success.
Responsibilities:
• Grow & moderate the community. Setup and own Slack/Discord, Gainsight PX forums, and social groups; draw more Prophecy participants and rapidly respond to community conversation. Identify and selectively engage with other communities for awareness, collaboration, etc.
• Drive content & events. Publish Q&A threads, office-hour AMAs, and monthly community webinars; co-host meetups in US & India.
• Launch a Champion program. Identify power users, award badges, perks, and early-access betas; spotlight their success stories.
• Enable self-serve success. Curate FAQs, template galleries, and in-app walkthroughs with Gainsight PX.
• Close the feedback loop. Aggregate bugs, feature requests, and sentiment; file Jira tickets and update users when shipped.
Qualifications:
-Required:
• 3–6 years managing technical or data-tool communities (Slack, Discord, Discourse, or Gainsight Community).
• Proven record growing engagement (e.g., doubled WAU, cut churn) for a PLG AI or SaaS or developer-first product.
• Hands-on with community analytics platforms and basic SQL/Sheets.
• Outstanding written voice—can turn complex data topics into approachable posts, threads, and docs.
• Prior community work in the AI, data, or modern analytics stack space.
• Experience setting up Gainsight PX Guides or in-product tooltip flows.
• Basic understanding of Alteryx or similar analyst workflows.
